Order cancellation as 48 hours (self pick-up) and reimbursement up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
At Food Journal, we take great pride in providing our customers with high-quality, freshly baked cakes and pastries. All of our products are made with the finest ingredients and are prepared with care to ensure the best possible taste and quality. Due to the nature of our products, we generally have a strict non-refund policy for all cakes and pastries. However, if you receive a product that is spoiled or defective, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange.
If you receive a product that is spoiled or defective, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 012-5887232 or drop us an email at social@foodjournal.asia so we can work to resolve the issue. We may ask you to provide a photo or other evidence of the issue. We reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange request that we believe is fraudulent or in bad faith.
